Cynthia Northcote
Director
Cynthia manages national company operations. She has farmed drystock and milked cows for calf rearing in Taranaki for the past 20 years. She is also a part-time tutor for Dairy Training in farm management systems.
Cynthia is particularly interested in biodynamics, making cheese and honey. This year she is studying Kāwai Raupapa (Certificate in Art - Raranga).
Emily House
Lead Technical Advisor
Based in Selwyn, Emily is our technical expert with 10 years experience in the interpretation of pasture and soil analysis for animal health/performance, and fertiliser/biological amendment recommendations.
Previously she worked as a government geologist in Australia where she gained extensive experience in soils and enjoys applying this knowledge to soil nutrition and animal health.
Ewa Ritchie
Administration
Ewa works part-time managing company workflow and accounts.
Ewa brings with her extensive administration and retail management experience from the UK.
